Mobile Recall Team

The United States is currently facing the largest automotive recall in U.S. history. Virtually all major Automakers are affected by the Takata airbag recall in some capacity. At the same time, Automakers are finding that only a small percentage of vehicles are coming to the Dealership to have these recalls performed. Therefore, the Mobile Recall Team was established in March of 2020 to help locate the millions of vehicles that don’t go to the Dealership and perform the existing Safety Recalls on them. We assist Independent Dealers and Service Facilities across the United States as it relates to Automotive Recalls. We also offer our mobile recall services to the Public as well as Automotive Recyclers.

We saw a need in the industry to take care of vehicles that rarely ever come to a Dealership, but have Recalls that can only be performed by a Dealership’s Certified Technicians. Therefore, Our Mobile Recall Team Directors and Managers hit the road themselves to start building a process that would go door to door reaching customers at their home, office or virtually anywhere to perform these recalls. This also included reaching out to Independent Dealerships prior to a used car being sold and Independent Service facilities prior to returning the vehicle to their customer.

We then realized there was also a huge need for our Mobile Recall Team to grow into the fleet business. We have assisted several companies like Amazon, Frito Lay, FedEx and USPS all over the United States to take care of the recalls on their van and truck fleets. We primarily do these Recalls in the evenings and overnight so they can be productive during the day. We also assist Auto Auctions and Automotive Recyclers all over the United States to remove these Recalled parts from circulation and from being resold to the consumer.

We are on the path to building a Mobile Recall Team that covers every State in the United States.

Our Goal

With Takata airbags being the largest automotive recall in U.S. history, our goal is to assist each Automaker with their completion rate on the Takata airbag recall. There are also other recalls that each Automaker has that have some severe risks associated, so we work to complete these recalls at the same time. Most of these recalls don’t have to be completed at the Dealership and can be performed and completed for FREE at your home or office with our Mobile Recall Team.

We currently have multiple recall teams all across the United States and we are looking to build our team to have between 40-50 Mobile Recall vans on the road. Our initial focus was on Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter and BMW. As we have continued to build our team, we now include other Automaker Brands such as Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Nissan, Mazda and Infiniti, just to name a few.

We know not everyone will go to the Dealership to have these recalls performed. With the Millions of recalled vehicles still on the road, your safety is our mission and we will never stop until the last recall has been done.

Current & Future Growth

As of 2024, we have Teams located in 13 States. This year we plan to have Teams in California, Illinois as well as New York. All of our Teams are set up to travel into any State where we don’t have Teams currently. We do a lot of traveling year-round.
