Instructions on Signing Up and Submitting a VIN

• Go to bmwultimaterewards.com

• Select “IRF ENROLLMENT”

• Select the Brand : BMW

• Select the Center : 318331 - BMW of Northwest Arkansas

• Business Type : Independent Repair Facility (IRF)

• IRF Type : Select either Mechanical, Collision or Both

• Billing Contact ID - You can leave this blank

• Confirm Billing Contact ID - You can leave this blank

• Enter your Business Information

• Enter your Contact Information

• Under “Programs to Participate”, Select “Takata Recall”

• Create your username and password

• Select the box to agree to the terms and conditions

• Click on the blue “Enroll” button

• The Dealer will approve your enrollment request

• Log back into bmwultimaterewards.com and select “Login Here”.

• Enter your Username and Password

• When you login for the first time, you will need to complete a W9 to get access to the site

• Follow the prompts to enter a VIN for the Takata Recall and submit the VIN

• Once this has been completed, give us a call or text “BMW RECALL” on our Mobile Number and we will come to you!
