FedEx
We have been excited to start assisting Fedex with their fleet vehicles as it relates to recalls. We are 100% able to complete the Emissions Modification Campaign and many other Recalls as a mobile repair. Like all of our fleets, we complete these Recalls in the evenings and overnight to keep the Fedex Fleet productive during the day.
Carma Project
Carma Project has developed an innovative suite of direct-to-vehicle outreach solutions to help the Mobile Recall Team to improve and accelerate consumer response to safety recalls. Carma Project’s new technology utilizes proprietary license plate recognition cameras mounted on specially designed cars to identify vehicles affected by open safety recalls. This innovative technology is able to scan up to 1,500 vehicles an hour for open safety recalls. Once a vehicle with an open safety recall is identified, a custom notification is placed on the affected vehicle’s windshield to alert the owner about the issue and explain how to get their car fixed.

The Mobile Recall Team works on behalf of Mercedes-Benz of North America to complete Recalls on all Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter models. Mercedes-Benz of North America sends the Mobile Recall Team potential customer lists to work on as we move State to State performing recalls.
BMW of North America
The Mobile Recall Team works on behalf of BMW USA to complete Recalls on all BMW models. BMW USA sends the Mobile Recall Team potential customer lists to work on as we move State to State performing recalls.
