Instructions on Signing Up and Submitting a VIN

• Go to mbstarrewards.com

• Under Enrollment, click on “ISP Enrollment”

• There’s no need to enter anything in the “DUNS Number” field

• Continue scrolling down to “Dealership Name”

• Click on the drop down for Dealership Name and type our Dealer name in exactly like below

• Mercedes-Benz of Northwest Arkansas

• Once this has been done, select the blue box that has our Dealer Name in it

• Now scroll past the Order/Invoice Detail selection, there’s no need to enter anything here

• Under Profile Information, complete the required fields

• Under Primary Business Location, complete the required fields

• Skip past Secondary Business Location, there’s no need to enter anything here

• Complete the brief questionnaire below and select “Submit” when done

• Within 24-48 hours, Mercedes-Benz will email your username and login information to you

• Once you receive the email, go to mbstarrewards.com

• Under “Check For Open Takata Recall”, Enter your VIN in the search bar

• It will confirm that the vehicle has a Takata Recall and you will need to follow the prompts

• The site will prompt for the closest Dealer to you.

• Be sure to select “Mercedes-Benz of Northwest Arkansas (Dealer Code : 04100)”

• Once this has been completed, give us a call or text “MB RECALL” on our Mobile Number and we will come to you!
